1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", "you") and k9game (the "Platform", "Operator", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the k9game website and all associated services, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, promotional offers and customer support features (collectively, the "Services").

By completing the registration process, logging in to your account, depositing funds or placing any wager through k9game, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with the k9game Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference.

k9game is operated as an English-language platform primarily serving users who access the platform from Pakistan and surrounding regions. All content, communications and contractual documentation are provided in English. Pakistani users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a User on the k9game platform, used to access all Services.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds held in a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means non-cashable promotional credits awarded to a User subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotional terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed and as required by the Operator's anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
• "Operator" means the entity operating the k9game platform and providing the Services described herein.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency referenced for display purposes in the k9game cashier for users transacting in rupees.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of qualifying bets a User must place before bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary request by a User to be prevented from accessing their Account for a specified or indefinite period.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on k9game, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as is required by the Operator's license jurisdiction. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing any part of the k9game Services. Age verification is enforced as part of the KYC process and will be required before withdrawals are permitted.
2. Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You are personally responsible for determining whether participating in online gambling is lawful in your location.
3. Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the Services from a Prohibited Territory. k9game does not make any representation that the Services are lawful or appropriate for access in any particular jurisdiction. Users in Pakistan are specifically advised to consult the applicable local law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — before participating.
4. Single Account: Only one Account is permitted per individual person, per household address and per payment method. Multiple accounts created by the same individual constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
5. Accuracy of Information: You must provide true, accurate, current and complete information during registration and maintain that information throughout your use of the Services. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.
6. Not self-excluded: You must not have previously requested self-exclusion or been excluded from k9game or any affiliated platform.

4. Registration & Identity Verification (KYC)

All new users must complete the registration process accurately and in full. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is true and that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 3.

4.1 KYC Documentation

k9game operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• A valid government-issued identity document — for Pakistani users, a Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or valid passport is standard. Both sides of the CNIC will typically be required.
• Proof of address — a recent utility bill, bank statement or government-issued letter showing your registered name and address, typically dated within the preceding three months.
• A selfie or liveness check to match your identity document photograph.
• Confirmation of ownership of your registered payment method, where required.

4.2 Document Integrity

You must only upload genuine, unaltered documents. Submitting falsified, obscured, digitally altered or fraudulent identity documents is a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to law enforcement authorities. All documents must be uploaded exclusively through k9game's secure HTTPS verification portal. Never transmit sensitive documents through unsecured chat applications, email or any third-party service.

4.3 Verification Delays

k9game may temporarily restrict withdrawals or certain account functions pending completion of KYC review. The Operator will endeavour to complete standard verifications promptly but does not guarantee a specific timeframe. Delay in providing requested documentation is the User's responsibility.

5. Account Management

5.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account access with any third party. k9game will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

5.2 Notification of Compromise

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify k9game support immediately at [email protected]. k9game will not be responsible for losses incurred prior to receiving such notification.

5.3 Account Currency

Where a User's account is denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), all displayed balances, deposit amounts and withdrawal requests will be shown in PKR. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, will be disclosed in the live cashier.

5.4 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more — defined as no login, deposit or wager activity — may be classified as dormant. The Operator reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published dormancy policy. Users will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.

6. Deposits & Payments

Deposits to your k9game Account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and any such funds may be confiscated pending investigation.

6.1 Payment Method References

Pakistani payment services including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and major bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) are referenced as context for users familiar with these local services. Reference to these providers does not constitute an endorsement of gambling by any such provider, nor does it guarantee their availability in the k9game cashier. Users must check the live cashier for currently available deposit methods, applicable minimum and maximum limits, and any fees.

6.2 Cryptocurrency Deposits

Where cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, ETH, USDT) are accepted by the Operator, they are subject to the applicable network confirmation requirements and the Operator's published crypto terms. Cryptocurrency values are volatile and the PKR equivalent of a deposit may change between initiation and confirmation. The Operator does not guarantee the legal status or availability of cryptocurrency transactions in Pakistan.

6.3 Minimum Deposits

Minimum deposit thresholds apply per payment method and are displayed in the live cashier. These thresholds are subject to change without notice.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your k9game Account are subject to the following conditions:

• Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal will be processed. The Operator reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the User's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• The Operator endeavours to process withdrawals promptly but does not guarantee a specific processing timeframe. Processing times depend on the chosen withdrawal method, bank processing schedules and any additional verification requirements.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per method and per period. These limits are displayed in the live cashier and are subject to change.
• The Operator reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending completion of an investigation where fraud, AML concerns or rule violations are suspected.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. Only winnings derived from bonus funds after satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

k9game may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload promotions, loyalty rewards and other promotional offers from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific promotional terms published at the time of the offer, which form part of this Agreement.

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Circumventing this restriction through multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games and expiry date will be stated in the promotional terms.
• k9game reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice where abuse or technical exploitation is detected or reasonably suspected.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless wagering requirements have been satisfied.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit promotional structures — including but not limited to multi-accounting, coordinated wagering, matched betting against oneself, or manipulation of game mechanics to meet wagering requirements in a way that constitutes low-risk abuse — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings. The Operator may also suspend or permanently close the Account.

9. Wagering Rules

All sports bets and casino wagers placed through k9game are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets confirmed and accepted by the k9game system are binding. The Operator is not responsible for errors made by the User in selecting markets, odds or stake amounts.
• In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds or game outcomes being displayed, k9game reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its discretion.
• Live in-play betting markets — including PSL, ICC cricket, international football and UFC — are offered in real time. Odds fluctuate continuously. Once a bet is accepted, the odds quoted at acceptance apply.
• The minimum and maximum stake per bet are displayed in the betting interface and may vary by market, event and Account tier.
• k9game does not guarantee that all sports markets, games or betting options will be available at all times. Availability may be restricted by technical maintenance, regulatory requirements or Operator policy.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the k9game platform and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one Account, whether personally or through another person, household or device.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers or any other non-human tools to interact with the platform, place bets or harvest data.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, insider trading on sporting events or any activity that constitutes sports integrity manipulation.
• Initiating chargebacks, payment disputes or reversals through a payment provider in bad faith. Verified chargebacks resulting from fraud will be pursued legally.
• Using k9game's Services for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other criminal activity. Such conduct will be reported to appropriate authorities without prior notice to the User.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, bugs or errors in any game or betting system for financial gain.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy or other circumvention tool.

11. Responsible Gambling

k9game is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides the following player-protection tools, accessible from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Session Time Reminders — receive alerts after defined periods of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods — temporarily suspend access to your Account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion — permanently or indefinitely close your Account. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

We encourage players to use these tools proactively. Gambling should be approached as a form of entertainment. If you feel your gambling behaviour has become harmful to you or others, please self-exclude and seek assistance from an independent responsible gambling support service.

12. Intellectual Property

All content available on the k9game platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, databases and game content — is the intellectual property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from the Operator.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k9game and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any gambling losses sustained by a User.
• Interruption, suspension or unavailability of the Services due to technical maintenance, force majeure events or circumstances beyond the Operator's reasonable control.
• Loss of data, profits, revenue or goodwill arising from the use of or inability to use the Services.
• Losses arising from a User's failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to maintain account security or to comply with local law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Suspension & Termination

k9game reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• These Terms & Conditions have been breached.
• Fraudulent, abusive or suspicious activity has been identified or reasonably suspected.
• KYC verification cannot be completed within the required timeframe.
• A User has accessed the platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires account restriction or closure.

In cases of legitimate Account closure not caused by a breach, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the User via a verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC and applicable processing timeframes. Bonus balances and associated winnings subject to uncompleted wagering requirements are forfeited on closure.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated and licensed. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Pakistani users are specifically advised that the laws of Pakistan — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may apply to their gambling activities regardless of where the Operator is incorporated. This clause does not constitute legal advice. Users are encouraged to seek independent legal counsel regarding their obligations under applicable local law.

16. Amendments to These Terms

k9game reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Continued use of the k9game Services after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Services and close your Account.
